RESA x The salty blonde

The collaboration with The Salty Blonde was the result of a decade-long relationship rooted in authenticity. She had been wearing RESA organically for over 10 years. This made the partnership feel seamless and true to both brands. From the beginning, the goal was to create a collection that merged RESA’s signature aesthetic with The Salty Blonde’s effortlessly cool, coastal style.

The collection launched in two parts, each featuring four exclusive prints and a wide range of silhouettes, from breezy dresses and matching sets to vacation-ready staples. We focused on creating pieces that felt wearable, feminine, and timeless, while still pushing into new territory with fabric choices, trims, and fit detailing. The collaboration also introduced one of our most successful dress styles to date, quickly becoming a fan favorite and a top seller.

From a logistical standpoint, the process spanned several months and included everything from collaborative design meetings, custom sampling, and approvals to tight coordination between our production, marketing, and fulfillment teams. We worked closely with The Salty Blonde on fit sessions and styling direction to ensure every piece reflected her personal touch while staying aligned with RESA’s core brand identity.

The campaign was shot on location in Catalina Island, chosen for its European-like charm on the California coast, perfectly echoing the collection’s effortless vacation vibe. The visuals were supported by a robust multi-channel rollout, including email campaigns, organic and paid social media, exclusive influencer seeding, and strategic PR outreach.

The results were immediate: our Instagram following grew by over 10,000, sell-through was strong across both drops, and we saw record-high engagement across platforms. The collaboration not only strengthened brand visibility but also brought in a new, highly engaged customer base, proving the power of authentic, creatively aligned partnerships.
